Born and raised in Vancouver, Bryan moved to the Okanagan in 2020 to start a new adventure. While traveling through Europe as a student, he discovered his passion for beer.

He dove headfirst into home brewing which led him to win the Dan Small Award at the BC Beer Awards. This sparked his career as a professional brewer. After spending his recent years developing award-winning beers as Head of Research and Development at Russell Brewing, he felt it was time to take on a lead role, and joined the crew at Vice & Virtue in the Spring of 2022.

I want to develop and provide new styles of beers that are delicious, highly drinkable and intriguing. Also love the delicious food from our amazing chefs!”
